  • Communicate with you about appointments or follow-ups

  • Liaise with other professionals (e.g. GPs, psychiatrists) with your consent

  • Manage accounts and billing (e.g. Medicare)

We will not disclose your personal information without your consent, unless required or authorised by law.

Your personal information is stored securely, whether in paper files or electronically, and protected against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. We use secure practice management software and encryption methods where appropriate.

Psychological sessions are confidential. However, confidentiality may be broken:

  • If there is a legal requirement to disclose (e.g. court order, child protection)

  • If disclosure is otherwise permitted by law

We will always aim to discuss this with you wherever possible.

When you contact us via our website or social media platforms, we may collect your contact information. We do not use cookies or analytics to personally identify visitors. Please note third-party platforms have their own privacy policies.
