About Meg

Meg is a Registered Psychologist who grew up in Parkes and is passionate about giving back to rural communities through accessible, quality mental health care.
She provides therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families, and has a particular interest in working with young people and athletes. Meg draws from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),
She enjoys helping clients explore their experiences, better understand their emotions, and build skills for long-term wellbeing. Meg also values working collaboratively with families to support strong relationships and open communication.
Through her work in sport, she's supported athletes and teams across all levels — from grassroots to elite — and currently work as a psychologist for the Tackle Your Feelings program.
